- What You'll Be Doing
- Configure and administer incident management workflows across incident. io, Jira and Slack
- Build automated workflows and API integrations between Saa S platforms
- Establish escalation logic, on-call routing and notification processes
- Develop and implement incident response processes across multiple technical teams
- Build monitoring, failure alerts and operational workflows
- Test workflows through controlled exercises and live incident simulations
- Identify gaps and continuously improve incident response processes
- Create clear documentation for workflows, integrations and operational procedures
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to embed new processes
- Ensure the tooling and processes are reliable, maintainable and ready for ongoing use
- Take ownership of the end-to-end incident response toolchain
- What They're Looking For
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering complex incident management workflows
- Strong experience with automation, workflow tooling and Saa S integrations
- Experience designing escalation paths and on-call routing
- Strong understanding of incident response processes and operational tooling
- Experience integrating tools through APIs
- Proven experience testing workflows through controlled exercises or simulations
- Excellent documentation skills and a methodical approach to testing
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and translating complex processes into practical operational systems
- Nice to Have
- Experience with incident. io, Jira and Slack
- Experience working within automotive, robotics, autonomous systems or another safety-critical environment
- Experience supporting production systems involving physical products
- Background in SRE, Dev Ops, platform engineering or technical operations
- Experience establishing incident management processes from the ground up
