SENIOR SALES INCENTIVES ANALYST – 12 MONTH FTC

Our prestigious client a global technology firm are looking for Senior Sales Incentives Analyst on a 12-month FTC with possibility of it becoming a permanent position.
There is a requirement for a central/global role reviewing all sales incentives reporting into the Global Head of Reward
The role includes delivery of the firm’s Sales Incentives strategy into the senior stakeholders of this 2000 strong sales force team. The role will include gathering details of all commission schemes in play today and recommending changes to simplify and standardise, Responsible for quarterly target setting taking direction from CEO (i.e. putting incentives in place to drive what’s important for the company and pay people accordingly for genuine performance)
The current Commission Plan management currently fragmented across regions – owned by leadership in terms of design and finance in terms of execution/administration.

With a Sales force of 2000 employees’ multiple plans need harmonising, simplifying, reviewing, benchmarking, and communicating.
The experience you bring to the role:
- Must have hands on experience in sales incentive plan mechanics and design. A doer/sales plans expert who can get into the detail of the plans and work well with others.
- Experience of working with financial, metrics and highly commercially focused.
- Good in excel but must be good at presentations and able to present to others.
- Ideally from a technology / distribution environment. Global experience particularly APAC would be beneficial.
- Initially 12-month FTC with a view to going perm. Preferably London/Home counties based but would consider other European locations.
