Prestigious UK PLC are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst for an exciting 6 month FTC. We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our high-performing Reward Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead on a range of strategic and operational reward initiatives, helping us deliver fair, competitive, and compliant reward practices across our international network.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of reward programmes and projects, including:
  • Annual salary and bonus reviews
  • Equal pay analysis and statutory pay reporting
  • Job architecture, evaluation, and benchmarking
  • Flexible benefits renewals and governance
  • Share scheme processes (LTIP, all-employee share plans)
  • Recognition programmes and benefit communications
  • Reward data governance in Workday and external survey submissions
  • Supporting HR, Payroll, and Business Partners with expert guidance on reward matters
  • Driving benefits compliance across our European network

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a reward and benefits role, ideally within a FTSE-listed or large international business
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, etc.)
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Towers Watson)
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems
  • Confident, proactive, and a natural collaborator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights

The role comes with benefits, and Hybrid ways of working in Luton 2 days per week.
