Prestigious UK PLC are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst for an exciting 6 month FTC.
Join one of Europe’s most dynamic and fast-paced FTSE PLC's, where Reward is critical to our success and our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to play a key role in shaping and delivering reward initiatives across our client network. From salary reviews and pay governance to flexible benefits and share schemes, you’ll lead projects that directly impact over 13,000 colleagues across Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading annual salary reviews, equal pay reviews, and statutory pay reporting
- Managing flexible benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and network-wide compliance
- Owning our job architecture framework and Workday job catalogue
- Overseeing benchmarking, salary survey submissions and market insights
- Driving recognition initiatives and leading on our Share Schemes (BAYE, SAYE, LTIP)
- Acting as a key partner to Business HR and subject matter expert on Reward, Benefits, and Payroll
- Supporting governance forums and ensuring robust data, systems, and internal communications
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in a Reward & Benefits role within an international and/or listed organisation
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups), with analytical confidence and attention to detail
- Proven project management ability and confident working across a complex stakeholder landscape
- Familiarity with Workday, job evaluation methodology (e.g. Towers Watson), and Reward systems
- Proactive, delivery-focused, and passionate about employee experience
