Job Overview:
The role is focused on delivering high-quality payroll and HR services to all employees at Beazley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete payroll process for all EUR locations and produce necessary reports to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party payroll providers in relevant locations.
- Assist in global payroll processing as Beazley expands into new countries.
- Stay informed on legislative and tax updates, ensuring Beazley follows best practices in this area.
- Regularly update payroll systems, including adding new hires, processing terminations, handling changes in employee terms, and updating banking details.
- Support secondee data management and handle relevant changes (e.g., secondee grids).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc management and payroll reports as required.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees through the shared Culture & People inbox.
- Assist with payroll-related annual processes and earnings statements.
- Help with internal and external payroll audits, Operational Resilience planning, and any other related requests.
- Investigate and process payroll invoices and reports.
- Support the Employment Tax Manager and Payroll team with tax queries and reconciliations.
- Assist with the migration project to switch payroll providers in EUR countries.
