Senior Manager, Total Rewards

They are now looking for a Senior Manager in Total Rewards to lead their EMEA Total Rewards team and shape the future of how they attract, retain, and care for our partners across the region.

This is your chance to have a real impact, developing strategies across compensation, benefits, and recognition to help them become leaders in their sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our EMEA Total Rewards strategy—bringing together compensation, benefits, and recognition to support an inclusive and equitable partner experience.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted expert to senior leadership across the region.
  • Drive transformation—designing forward-thinking reward programs that align with global strategy but reflect the uniqueness of our EMEA markets.
  • Own compensation cycles (salary review, AOP, RemCo), ensure compliance (GDPR, pensions, HMRC), and lead vendor relationships.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Total Rewards team.
  • Partner with global Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Finance, and Public Affairs to influence decisions and shape the future of the company in EMEA.

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise in total rewards strategy and operations (including benefits, compensation, and governance).
  • Strong leadership experience with a passion for coaching and team development.
  • Proven ability to influence at senior levels and manage complex, multi-country programs
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a desire to make an impact.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or global environment—ideally with EMEA coverage.
