We are partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a team of five recruiters while supporting hiring activity across a diverse and evolving business.
This is a player-coach role, combining people leadership with hands-on recruitment delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business attracts and hires high-quality talent, while also driving improvements across recruitment processes, ways of working, and overall hiring performance.
Operating in a highly collaborative, on-site environment, this role is best suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading their team in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Talent Acquisition professionals
- Partner with business leaders on hiring priorities and workforce planning activity
- Manage senior and business-critical recruitment projects
- Drive recruitment process improvement and operational effectiveness
- Support the development of talent attraction and employer branding initiatives
- Monitor recruitment performance, reporting, and hiring outcomes
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive evidence-based decision making.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions
- A hands-on approach and willingness to remain involved in delivery
- Experience with improving recruitment processes and team performance
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
