Overview International Compensation Senior Manager Are you ready to shape compensation strategy at an international scale? We’re looking for an International Compensation Senior Manager to join our client’s Compensation team. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, delivering data-driven insights and helping ensure compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and equitable across international regions.
