What You’ll Do
- Advise on compensation strategy for hires, promotions, transfers, budgeting, and retention.
- Translate business challenges into clear compensation strategies and actionable insights.
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner closely with HR and the business to evolve compensation policies and practices.
- Monitor market trends and pay practices to ensure competitive positioning.
- Interpret regulatory and policy frameworks into practical, regionally relevant guidance.
- Support the EMEA compensation agenda—including regulatory compliance and firmwide initiatives.
- Drive firmwide projects such as policy reviews, systems development, and compensation planning cycles.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Compensation or Finance experience with strong data management and analytics skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong consulting mindset—able to influence, innovate, and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in presenting complex compensation data to senior leaders.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong project and process management capabilities.
- Experience with Business Objects and understanding of EMEA compensation regulations is a plus.
