A growing international organisation is looking for an experienced senior People Business Partner to support a period of continued change and development. The business operates across multiple countries and entities, with a mix of established and evolving teams, creating a role that requires strong judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to work through complexity. This is a visible partnering role for someone who can build trusted relationships with senior leaders, understand business priorities quickly and translate them into practical people plans. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in an environment where structures, processes and ways of working are still being refined, and where the People function is expected to contribute directly to business performance.
Key responsibilities

- Provide practical advice on workforce planning, leadership capability, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Use people insight and business data to identify risks, opportunities and areas requiring action.
- Manage complex and sensitive employee matters with sound judgement, commercial awareness and appropriate legal input.
- Coordinate cross-functional people projects, working with internal specialists where required.
- Help bring consistency, clarity and good governance to people activity across different teams, countries and business areas.
The successful candidate will bring experience in a senior HRBP, People Partner or similar role within a complex, growing or changing organisation. They will be confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery, and able to operate effectively where not everything is fully defined. Strong employment law judgement, change experience and the ability to influence leaders will be important. This role offers the opportunity to work close to senior decision-makers, support meaningful organisational change and make a visible impact in a business entering its next stage of development.
