About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior HR Systems Manager to lead the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of their HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on Workday. This role is crucial in ensuring their HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security, reporting, and integrations, ideally coupled with experience in managing recruitment systems. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their HR operations and contribute to a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing functional and technical support across all modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.).
- Configuration and Customisation: Lead Workday configuration, business process design, security administration, and testing to meet evolving business requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.
- Integrations: Manage integrations between Workday and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Lead Workday upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Workday and other relevant vendors.
- Recruitment Systems (Desirable): Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Greenhouse, or similar, including configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Team Leadership (Potentially): Depending on team structure, may have line management responsibilities for other HR Systems team members.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HR systems-related projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
