We are partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager to drive improvements across HR operations and service delivery. This is a hands-on role focused on improving how HR processes work in practice. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage HR cycles, and ensure HR services are efficient and consistent. You will be part of the HR Service Leadership team and will manage a small team of HR project and process specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve end-to-end HR processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Design and deliver process improvements, including automation and standardisation
- Lead HR continuous improvement projects from planning through to delivery
- Oversee delivery of core HR BAU cycles such as performance and training processes
- Use data and reporting to identify issues, track performance, and support decisions
- Work closely with HR teams and senior stakeholders to implement change
- Lead, coach, and develop HR project and process team members
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years' HR experience with a strong focus on process improvement, change, or project delivery
- Proven experience delivering measurable improvements in HR operations or service delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in professional services, financial services, or legal environments
- Confident people manager with a practical, delivery approach
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data
