Annapurna are working in partnership with a high-growth, direct-to-consumer retail business who are searching for a Group Marketing Director to define and execute their overall marketing strategy, at a time of significant year-on-year growth.

As they expand both their in-store and eCommerce operations, they are looking for someone who has shaped the marketing approach for consumer facing brands while maintaining a hands-on approach. Working closely with their Chief Operating Officer, key requirements for this role include:

  • a track record of creating, then executing, marketing strategies for high-growth, fast-paced businesses in (preferably) a direct-to-consumer, retail, or eCommerce environment
  • experience leading teams, but comfortable playing a hands-on role in a 'player/coach' capacity
  • strong exposure to creative, digital, and performance marketing, with a background in brand marketing highly desirable
  • comfortable operating in a high-growth, startup environment and helping to define their systems and processes 'on the fly'
  • ability to work from the company's HQ (45-50 minutes from Central London) three times per week
