You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce training to a diverse user base, ensuring employees feel confident in using the system in their day-to-day roles. Working closely with change and project teams, you will play a key role in embedding new ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions (both in-person and virtual)
- Develop creative, user-focused training materials and content
- Tailor delivery to suit different learning styles and business needs
- Update and maintain training documentation in line with system and process changes
- Provide post-launch support, including floorwalking and drop-in sessions
- Partner with stakeholders and internal champions to ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and insights
About You
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce training in complex environments
- Background in financial services or similar regulated industries
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programmes
- Experience supporting transformation or system implementation projects
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools
Desirable
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- TAP qualification (or equivalent)
