Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute reward strategies, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Lead annual compensation planning, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
- Advise HR and leadership on reward-related matters, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Manage variable pay programs, such as bonuses and incentives.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and best practices to keep programs competitive.
- Oversee data integrity within HRIS and provide insights through compensation analysis.
