Prestigious Reward Consulting team is seeking a Senior Manager to deliver high-impact reward solutions for a broad range of non-FS clients. The role involves leading client projects, developing innovative reward strategies, and contributing to the growth of the practice through client relationship building and business development. It offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, diverse project work, and the opportunity to shape the reward offerings in a rapidly growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Reward Strategy & Structures: Develop grading frameworks, job architecture, and incentive plans aligned with business needs.
- Advisory: Support clients with regulatory requirements (e.g., EU Pay Transparency), corporate transactions, ESG metrics, and benefits strategies.
- Benchmarking & Market Insights: Deliver pay and benefits benchmarking, recognition schemes, and share plans.
- Client Leadership: Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, present findings, and provide commercially sound recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Delegate, review, and mentor junior colleagues; foster their professional development.
- Business Development: Support proposals, presentations, and thought leadership to expand client portfolio and market presence.
- Practice Contribution: Drive knowledge sharing, innovative solutions, and cross-team collaboration within the firm.
Candidate Profile
- Strong track record in reward consulting (preferably with consultancy experience, but strong in-house specialists also considered).
- Demonstrated technical expertise in compensation, benefits, and incentive design.
- Experienced in client engagement and capable of building strategic, trust-based relationships.
- Self-starter, adaptable, with strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
