I am partnering with a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation to recruit a Reward Partner to join its evolving Reward team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded reward professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, providing expert reward advice and helping to deliver fair, competitive and market-aligned reward solutions.

Supporting a designated business area, the Reward Partner will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to influence reward decisions, provide data-driven insights and help embed a modern reward framework across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong reward expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert reward advice and guidance.

Act as the primary reward contact for a designated business area.

Support the delivery of reward initiatives aligned to business and people objectives.

Provide recommendations on compensation, grading, job architecture and reward-related decisions.

Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive programmes.

Ensure consistent application of reward policies, frameworks and principles.

Conduct reward benchmarking and market analysis to support business decision-making.

Support job evaluation and grading activities.

Analyse reward and workforce data to generate meaningful insights.

Support organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning activity from a reward perspective.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and challenges.

Contribute to ongoing reward transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
