Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of people operations across onboarding, reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
• Own and optimise HR systems and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships across Finance, IT, and external providers for seamless people services.
• Drive forward-thinking policy development and compliance across multiple geographies.
• Lead a high-performing payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness globally.
• Support People Team strategic initiatives and manage end-to-end HR projects.

Skills:

• CIPD or equivalent qualification.
• Proven HR generalist or payroll management experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
• Demonstrated success in managing HR systems and leading HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational demands.
