We're looking for a People Data Analyst to join our prestigious client, a leading financial services firm. In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality people data, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SuccessFactors People Analytics, Power BI, and SQL (Snowflake). You'll collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to drive evidence-based decision-making across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining engaging dashboards (Power BI & SuccessFactors Report Stories)
- Responding to HR data requests with clarity and precision
- Conducting routine data quality audits to ensure data accuracy
- Supporting the People Data & MI Lead with strategic reporting initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Report Stories
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred) and advanced Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to work with complex HR datasets
- Skilled at turning data into visual, actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
