A growing SaaS business in Greater Manchester is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can confidently manage both corporate and tech-supporting functions. This role needs someone who knows how to balance hands-on delivery with proper search discipline — market mapping, targeted headhunting and proactive talent pipeline work.
You will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology and other specialist areas that sit around the core software teams. The pace is quick, expectations are high, and you will be relied upon to bring structure, clarity and consistency across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of corporate and tech-adjacent roles.
- Build mapped talent pools and targeted headhunt lists for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
- Run direct sourcing campaigns through research, outreach, referrals and network building.
- Own the recruitment process from briefing through to offer, maintaining structure and momentum.
- Track pipelines, conversion rates and activity data through the ATS and internal reporting tools.
- Work closely with hiring managers on role definition, search strategy and realistic timelines.
- Keep documentation, notes and feedback accurate and compliant.
- Identify areas where process can be tightened or improved and feed recommendations back into the team.
- Strong Technology recruitment background, ideally within a tech-led or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience running targeted, research-led searches rather than relying on job boards.
- A data-driven mindset — comfortable reporting on pipeline activity and progress.
- Solid process discipline, organisation and ability to juggle multiple open roles.
- Clear communication style and confidence managing senior stakeholder expectations.
- Resilience and proactivity — able to handle speed, change and competing priorities.
A hybrid role based in Greater Manchester, joining a SaaS company that expects high delivery standards and values proper search methodology. You will have exposure across the business, a varied workload and the autonomy to shape how their corporate and tech-supporting hiring is delivered. It is a genuinely collaborative environment with a positive, down-to-earth culture where people work well together, share knowledge and support each other to get things done.
