Manager, HR Specialist Search UK & InternationalAnnapurna HR have been engaged to hire an experienced and strategic Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a professional services organization\ās benefits and wellbeing offering.
This role plays a critical part in supporting employee health, engagement, and performance while ensuring that programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the overall people strategy.
The successful candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders, vendors, and HR colleagues to create inclusive, data-driven benefits and wellbeing initiatives that meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design, and governance of all employee benefits and wellbeing programs, including health, pensions, insurance, leave, and wellbeing initiatives.
Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and alignment with company values.
Act as the subjectāmatter expert on benefits and wellbeing, advising senior leaders and HR partners.
Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and providers, including contract negotiation and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Use data and employee insights to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Develop clear, engaging benefits communication and education strategies to support employee understanding and utilization.
Key Skills
Significant experience in benefits and wellbeing management within complex or large organizations.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, wellbeing frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience developing and delivering benefits strategies at a senior level.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
A proactive, solutionsāfocused mindset with strong attention to detail.
