Interim Reward Consultant
Day Rate: £450+ per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Flexible, with occasional travel to London
About the Role
Annapurna is partnering with a business seeking an experienced Interim Reward Consultant to lead a broad and varied reward agenda. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on reward specialist looking to make a genuine impact across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on job architecture and evaluation, prior Mercer experience would be highly advantageous
- Support pay transparency initiatives, including associated comms and governance
- Drive forward a benefits harmonisation project
- Contribute to the automation and development of an internal evaluation tool
What We're Looking For
- Strong track record in reward, ideally with job evaluation and architecture experience
- Prior exposure to the Mercer framework preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on interim capacity
- Flexible and available to travel to London on an occasional basis
