Annapurna are proud to be partnering a high-growth B2B software vendor with their search for a commercially minded, highly technical RevOps Performance Manager to own revenue analytics and planning systems. In this role, you will build and run the infrastructure that drives forecasting, planning, and go-to-market performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own and build end-to-end revenue models across pipeline, conversion, retention, and capacity
- Design scalable planning frameworks linking targets, productivity, hiring, and budget
- Develop automated data pipelines, reporting, and real-time performance insights
- Build attribution and segmentation models and embed them into GTM decision-making
- Work hands‑on with SQL, Python, and automation tools to create scalable solutions
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and RevOps to solve complex problems
- Improve data quality and system reliability through automation (not manual fixes)
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on models and workflows
What They’re Looking For
- Strong background in Revenue Analytics, RevOps, or Commercial Analytics in a high-growth tech environment
- Advanced SQL and Python skills (including data modelling, not just querying)
- Experience building automations (e.g. Zapier, n8n, or custom workflows)
- Deep understanding of modern GTM systems (e.g. CRM and marketing automation platforms)
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable systems
