I’m working with a global investment software provider who are hiring a QA Lead to drive the next phase of their testing and automation capability. This role will lead a team of 5 QA engineers and focus on building a modern testing function that leverages automation and AI-powered tooling to improve software quality and delivery speed. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership to embed best practices across the Agile SDLC and help shape how AI is used within QA and testing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 QA engineers
- Drive QA automation strategy across engineering teams
- Introduce and optimise AI-enabled testing tools
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and release quality
- Work closely with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment
- Establish QA best practices and testing standards
