Employee Relations Consultant 3 Months £Hybrid We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a high-performing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex ER matters, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across employee relations. Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, providing commercially focused advice and ensuring fair, timely outcomes. Partner with HR teams, managers and business leaders to deliver a high-quality ER service. Coach and develop people leaders to build confidence and capability in managing employee relations matters. Analyse ER data and trends to identify risks, provide insights and recommend proactive solutions. Support the development of ER policies, governance and best practice. Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Build strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted ER partner. Support wider ER projects and initiatives as required. Strong employee relations experience managing complex casework. Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Confident using HR systems and interpreting data to drive decisions.
