We're partnering exclusively with a global organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation to appoint an experienced HR Director.
This is a highly visible leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy within a fast-paced, commercially driven business operating across multiple international markets.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a senior executive leadership team, driving organisational effectiveness, transformation and leadership capability while balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to shape people strategy aligned to commercial priorities.
- Lead organisational design, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning and talent management programmes.
- Champion change management and build scalable people practices to support continued growth.
- Use data and insights to improve organisational performance and decision making.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and alignment across a global HR environment.
About You
- An experienced HR Director, VP HR or senior People leader with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams in complex organisations.
- Background spanning both high-growth environments and larger multinational businesses.
- Strong track record leading organisational change, transformation and business growth.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where influence and credibility are key.
- Experience supporting internationally dispersed teams is advantageous.
