This role supports a portfolio of UK-based Oracle EâBusiness Suite HCM programmes. It is deliveryâfocused, emphasizing handsâon functional ownership rather than programme management.
Key Duties
- Handsâon functional configuration and delivery across EBS HCM modules
- Requirements gathering, fitâgap analysis and documentation
- Supporting UAT, testing and goâlive activities
- Working alongside technical teams to support integrations, data migration and reporting
- Providing BAU support and contributing to enhancement work
- Engaging with stakeholders in structured and regulated environments
Qualifications
- Demonstrable handsâon functional experience with Oracle EBS HCM, with depth in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or Performance Management
- Experience across implementation, upgrade and/or support programmes
- Comfort operating in structured delivery environments such as system integrators or public sector organisations
- Not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in ERP, SCM, Finance or nonâHCM Oracle modules
- Exposure to Cloud or Fusion is welcomed but this is not a Cloudâfocused position
- Programme management, PMO or strategyâonly backgrounds will not be a fit
