A high-growth Saa S business serving the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead its next phase of growth.

This is a strategic leadership role for a marketing professional who combines deep expertise in digital demand generation and SEO with exceptional brand-building and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, driving customer acquisition, and implementing scalable marketing systems that support continued growth across the UK and international markets.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of the entire marketing function, aligning brand, demand generation, content, communications, and marketing operations to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with company growth objectives.

Lead the company's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Own and optimise the digital marketing ecosystem, with particular focus on SEO performance and organic growth.

Build and refine scalable marketing systems, processes, and automation frameworks.

Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on go‑to‑market initiatives.

Oversee content strategy, PR, communications, and thought leadership activity.

Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance measurement.

Analyse campaign effectiveness and customer insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

About You You are a strategic marketing leader with a strong blend of technical and creative expertise.

You understand how to build effective marketing infrastructure while also creating compelling brand narratives that resonate with customers.

Essential Experience Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a Saa S or technology business.

Proven track record of driving growth through SEO and organic acquisition strategies.

Strong understanding of marketing operations, automation platforms, CMS systems, CRM integrations, and reporting frameworks.

Experience building scalable marketing processes and systems.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
