A major, high-profile UK organisation is seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to join its Rewards / Total Rewards team on a six-month assignment. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality learning experiences that support strategic people and reward objectives across the organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop and deliver blended and digital learning solutions that meet clearly defined business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and subject‐matter experts to define learning strategies, objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to ensure learning is user‐centred, accessible and impactful.
  • Produce creative briefs, manage third‐party suppliers and oversee content production to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.
  • Project‐manage learning design phases, keeping milestones and communications clear for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all learning materials meet organisational standards, governance and quality expectations.
  • Maintain and curate the central training library and learning resources.
  • Measure effectiveness, review content regularly, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supplier relationships and work within procurement frameworks where required.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering high‐quality digital/blended learning solutions.
  • Strong user‐centred design skills, including experience of user testing and research.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management experience, including managing external suppliers and budgets.
  • Able to define measurable outcomes and deliver against KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with learning platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
