We are recruiting a Performance Process Lead to drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of performance management processes across a complex organisation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure performance frameworks, reporting, and systems enable clear insight, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how performance is managed and improved across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise end-to-end performance management processes and frameworks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives using data and insight
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting in partnership with reporting specialists
  • Provide clear, actionable performance insights to senior leaders
  • Act as the key point of contact for performance process governance and change
  • Champion continuous improvement and support effective change adoption
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Workday Performance, including stakeholder training

About You

  • Strong experience in performance management, process improvement, or operational excellence
  • Confident working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable leading change and embedding new ways of working
  • Knowledge of Workday Performance or similar systems is desirable
