About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business. You will lead HR operations and act as a key partner to operational leaders, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites
  • Lead employee relations casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention activity
  • Improve HR processes, systems, and reporting
  • Partner with managers on engagement and performance matters

Requirements

  • Proven HR Operations or Senior HR Generalist experience
  • Strong employee relations (ER) experience is essential
  • Background in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Confident stakeholder management and hands-on approach
