We are working with a growing fintech software company that provides a SaaS platform to financial services clients. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their client delivery team, responsible for leading end-to-end software implementations.

This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-moving and collaborative team, where you’ll work closely with engineering, product and clients to deliver complex platform implementations. The environment is highly agile, and the role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on and growing within a scale-up style business.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of client-facing SaaS implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, integration and go-live of the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end software implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and BAU handover
  • Working closely with engineering and product teams to coordinate delivery
  • Overseeing data migration and system integration activities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication
  • Running project governance including timelines, risks, dependencies and reporting
  • Facilitating workshops, testing phases and deployment activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes and internal best practices

Requirements

  • ~4+ years’ experience in project management or delivery roles
  • Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
  • Exposure to data migration, integrations or technical change projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, scale-up or dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services or SaaS businesses
  • Exposure to API integrations or platform-based products
  • Agile or PRINCE2 certification
