We're working with a growing technology organisation within the financial services space that is looking to hire a Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of its platform solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology and client delivery, helping translate business requirements into scalable solutions while supporting client implementations and platform improvements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand client use cases and operational processes
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support the implementation and onboarding of clients onto platform solutions
- Act as a key liaison between clients, product teams and engineering teams
- Assist with configuration, data migration and system integration activities
- Produce documentation including process flows, user guides and knowledge base materials
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role ideally within financial services or fintech
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to investment, wealth management, or financial platforms is beneficial
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Basic SQL knowledge or data analysis exposure is a plus
