Annapurna is partnering with a fast-growing UK business to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK People team. In this hands-on role you’ll partner with a predominantly sales-driven workforce, deliver pragmatic HR support, manage employee relations, and help shape people strategy as the business scales.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small HR team of two, work with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, and drive organisational change and policy.
