We're supporting a large, growing organisation with the appointment of an experienced Senior HR Advisor.
This is an interesting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, getting involved in a broad range of people matters and helping shape how an organisation operates as it continues to grow.
Working alongside an experienced HR Business Partner, you'll support a diverse range of business functions within a complex, fast-moving environment. The organisation is going through a significant period of development, creating opportunities to influence processes, structures and ways of working rather than simply maintaining what's already in place.
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders across a range of business functions.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and the development of effective team structures.
- Manage employee relations matters, performance management and general HR activity.
- Contribute to career development, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Support the development of people initiatives that address changing organisational requirements.
- Review and improve HR policies, processes and systems to support evolving business needs.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner on wider people initiatives and organisational improvements.
- Build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, balancing operational requirements with broader people priorities.
The successful candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience, ideally gained within a medium to large organisation or a business experiencing growth and change.
You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, confident making decisions and able to balance competing priorities. Importantly, you'll enjoy an environment where not everything is fully established, bringing the judgement, flexibility and initiative to find practical solutions while helping improve how things work.
The role offers considerable variety, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to broader organisational initiatives. Working closely with an experienced HR Business Partner, you'll also gain valuable experience that could support future progression into an HRBP role.
