We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Lead to join a large organisation on an interim basis. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who knows the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform inside out and can hit the ground running from day one across both BAU support and development activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, investigating and resolving incidents, defects and production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long term fixes, monitoring platform performance, integrations and system health.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, Document Management and HR Catalogues and Workflows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes and integrations and APIs.
- Deliver minor enhancements and change requests aligned to business priorities and participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement and release planning.
- Work closely with HR Operations, HRIS, IT teams and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to functional analysts and support teams and support UAT, release management and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks and knowledge articles ensuring solutions align to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Required Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and development.
- Strong technical background across the full HRSD module set.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and picking up existing platform builds quickly.
- Experience working with HR and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications desirable but not essential.
