Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal team with day‑to‑day paralegal and legal operations work
- Review, improve, and implement legal processes, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows
- Build, optimise, and manage legal case management and intake pipelines
- Maintain and enhance the use of LawVu across the legal team
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements and legal operations initiatives
- Train and support team members on new system features and functionality
- Collaborate with legal colleagues across commercial, regulatory, and broader legal matters as required
- Provide hands‑on support in a fast‑paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous in‑house paralegal experience (candidates with purely law‑firm backgrounds will not be suitable)
- Advanced experience using LawVu, including experience across multiple roles or organisations
- Proven track record of reviewing and improving legal processes and reporting systems
- Experience building and optimising legal intake and case management workflows
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (including Google Drive and Gmail)
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong 'can-do' attitude
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently when needed
