Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a People Partner to join a leading professional services institution going through exciting periods of change on a 12-Month FTC basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing strategic decisions, both from a people and commercial perspective. They will also be responsible for driving significant HR change projects and building a high-performance and growth mindset.
The Role:
- Partner with the leadership team to develop people strategies that support long-term business goals.
- Lead people projects for the region and support with business wide projects and initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders on people related issues that enable growth and strategic decisions.
- Lead on performance management, succession planning, retention and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to find new and innovative ways to drive people culture and improve people experience.
- Manage complex ER cases and support their resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a trusted HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, global business environment.
- Experience leading business transformation with a strong commercial focus.
- Strong stakeholder management with demonstrable experience building relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience managing complex ER cases.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
