Annapurna HR have been engaged by a leading global organisation currently undergoing large scale change and transformation to find talented HR Service Assistants to join their evolving HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class HR services to a dynamic, fast-paced business.
You\βll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team, providing high-quality operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and job changes through to family leave and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
β Provide a client-focused HR service across all employee lifecycle activities.
β Act as a Workday HR advocate, supporting and educating employees to promote self-service.
β Manage HR queries, follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of processes for payroll.
β Partner with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Reward, Learning and other HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.
β Validate employee and organisational data, ensuring accuracy across systems.
β Uphold data protection standards and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.
β Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
β Experience delivering HR services or working within an HR shared service or operational HR role.
β Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
β Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
β A problem-solving mindset with resilience and initiative.
β The ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
β Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS (desirable).
