Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports (Power BI is a core requirement).
- Write and manage complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from enterprise databases.
- Support and maintain IT systems related to HCM data and reporting.
- Systemise and streamline HR processes, ensuring measurable performance indicators are captured and reported.
- Understand and manage relationships between servers, databases, and Power BI outputs.
