Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports (Power BI is a core requirement).
  • Write and manage complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from enterprise databases.
  • Support and maintain IT systems related to HCM data and reporting.
  • Systemise and streamline HR processes, ensuring measurable performance indicators are captured and reported.
  • Understand and manage relationships between servers, databases, and Power BI outputs.
  • Analyse and report on employee lifecycle data, including proxy employees and workforce metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and Technology stakeholders to improve data governance and reporting accuracy.
  • Utilise VBA for automation and reporting enhancements where required.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance optimisation across systems.
  • Support and maintain IT systems in a reporting or analytics capacity.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
