HR Administrator - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the delivery of an efficient HR and benefits service, acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to HR queries relating to policies, processes, benefits and HR systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process employee lifecycle changes.
  • Support probation reviews, sickness absence processes and reference requests.
  • Assist with benefits administration, provider liaison, invoice reviews and reconciliations.
  • Manage HR inboxes and ensure queries are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain process documentation and support improvements to HR systems and procedures.

About you

You will have excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a professional and discreet approach to confidential information.

Experience in HR or benefits administration, using Workday or a similar HR system, and maintaining process documentation would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR operations experience while contributing to a positive employee experience.
