Working closely with the senior reward leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's reward agenda.
You'll provide expert advice to stakeholders, lead reward initiatives, analyse market data and ensure reward programmes are governed effectively.
You'll have the opportunity to influence a broad range of activity including: Partnering with HR and business leaders on reward-related decisions and policy.
Managing international benefits programmes and annual renewals with external providers.
Supporting salary benchmarking, pay reviews and reward framework development.
Advising on complex compensation matters, including executive and critical talent reward.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent and competitive offer positioning.
Producing insightful reward analytics and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Driving strong governance, compliance and data quality across reward processes.
