Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a profitable, Y Combinator-backed consumer tech company to hire a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth. This pivotal role will lead global growth initiatives, transforming the business into a data-driven, growth-focused powerhouse.
Role Overview
- Own & scale growth channels—performance marketing, brand, SEO/ASO, OOH, and lifecycle—across Europe, MENA, and South Asia.
- Manage a multi-million £ annual marketing budget, ensuring ROI for every dollar spent.
- Lead performance measurement & optimization, leveraging CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI, and other growth KPIs.
- Drive rapid experimentation via cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years in performance marketing and digital growth roles, with leadership experience in high-growth startups or consumer tech
- Proven ability to build and manage SEO/ASO/paid acquisition teams, with hands-on experience managing eight‑figure budgets.
- Strong technical skillset in attribution modeling, mobile measurement platforms, and experiment design.
- Expertise in scaling products across international markets and diverse user bases.
- Data-driven mindset with structured problem-solving and agility in fast-paced environments.
