Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will have end-to-end accountability for compensation and benefits across the organisation. You'll balance governance and creativity, commercial discipline and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Owning and evolving the organisation's compensation and benefits strategy
- Leading annual pay and bonus cycles, including budgeting, modelling and executive input
- Overseeing job architecture, grading and pay frameworks, ensuring consistency and credibility
- Advising on executive and senior leadership reward, including incentives and long-term arrangements
- Managing benefits strategy, vendor relationships and cost optimisation
- Acting as the go-to reward advisor for senior leaders and the wider People team
About you
You'll be an experienced reward leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. You understand how fast moving, commercial organisations work - and you know how to design reward frameworks that work in that context.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in compensation and benefits at a senior level
- Strong grounding in job architecture, benchmarking and pay governance
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives
- A pragmatic, commercial mindset - able to balance fairness, affordability and attraction
- Confidence operating in evolving or less traditional environments
- Media experience would be a plus
