I’m currently looking to speak with experienced Workday Financials Data Consultants for a new transformation opportunity.

The role will focus heavily on data migration, conversion, validation and optimisation, working across the full lifecycle of Workday Financials implementations. You’ll be working closely with clients and project teams, taking ownership of complex data challenges and helping ensure financial data is accurately migrated, reconciled and optimised within Workday.

Key experience:

  • 2–5 years’ experience working with Workday Financials
  • Strong hands-on experience across data migration and data conversion
  • Experience with tools such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load, Object Transporter and Migration Recipe
  • Understanding of financial data including General Ledger, transactions and reporting structures
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Experience with ETL processes and data transformation
  • SQL or other data querying experience would be beneficial
  • Workday Prism and reporting experience is highly desirable
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Security clearance is essential for this opportunity, so I’m particularly keen to speak with people who currently hold active security clearance.
