A growing technology-oriented business is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to help shape leadership capability, management effectiveness and performance across a scaling organisation. This is a broad role with real visibility across the business, combining strategic programme design with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership and management capability, improve performance, and create a more consistent approach to learning and development across the organisation. The business is evolving quickly, making this an opportunity to genuinely influence culture, capability and long-term organisational growth within a fast-moving environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and evolving the organisation’s L&D strategy
  • Building leadership and management capability programmes
  • Supporting performance and capability improvement across teams
  • Developing scalable learning frameworks, tools and resources
  • Delivering workshops, coaching and learning initiatives across the business
  • Driving the use of modern learning technology and digital learning solutions
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
  • Supporting wider talent, succession and performance initiatives
  • Managing external learning providers and evaluating programme effectiveness

  • Strong experience developing leadership and management capability
  • Experience supporting performance improvement and manager effectiveness
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms and blended learning approaches
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
  • Experience within telecoms, technology or other high-growth environments would be beneficial
