Do you want to be part of the success story of this prestigious FTSE Listed PLC? Executive Reward Manager required by the VP of Reward to help provide support to the delivery of the group's executive reward strategy.
Reporting to the VP of Reward, the Executive Reward Manager will lead the executive reward strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Company Secretarial. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will deliver effective and pragmatic executive compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Remuneration Committee and AGM cycle, including drafting and reviewing materials.
- Conduct remuneration benchmarking, target setting, and equity award valuation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the global career framework.
- Research and apply best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging trends in executive compensation.
- Develop pay structures and incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, policy standardization, and compliance.
- Partner with Group Finance to track and report reward metrics.
About You
- Experience of UK PLC executive remuneration and regulatory compliance for listed companies.
- In-depth knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements as they relate to executive reward.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative and detail-oriented.
- Desirable but not essential: Share plans administration, mobility support, or Adobe InCopy experience.
