You will own the end-to-end People Operations function, lead core people systems and processes, and build an AI-enabled, scalable People team.

Reporting into the senior People leadership team, you will drive automation, data governance and employee experience across the lifecycle, while coaching a growing team and collaborating with Payroll, Finance and HR partners.
