Interim Employee Relations Consultant

Rate: £500+ per day (PAYE)

Location: Hybrid, various sites across the UK

Duration: 6 months

Start: ASAP

Overview

We are working with multiple clients who are currently looking to bring in experienced interim Employee Relations Consultants. Due to a high volume of demand across our client base we are building out a strong pipeline of ER professionals for a number of live and upcoming opportunities, including roles that sit within wider workforce change and restructuring programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and investigations
  • Support workforce change activity including restructuring, redundancy and TUPE transfers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders on complex ER cases
  • Ensure all cases are handled in line with employment law and company policy
  • Support wider people initiatives and projects as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven hands on ER casework experience is essential
  • Experience working on workforce change, restructuring or TUPE projects would be a real advantage
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Comfortable managing a high caseload independently
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Open to hybrid working across various UK sites
