Overview
We are supporting a leading financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their Workforce Change and Restructuring function on an interim basis. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has significant experience leading complex change programmes and is comfortable working at pace in a large, matrixed environment.
What the role involves
- Leading and supporting the HR workstream across a range of change programmes including restructuring, TUPE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing and new site set ups across multiple entities and geographies
- Managing the full lifecycle of change programmes from project initiation and due diligence through to consultation, implementation and communication
- Engaging and liaising with unions and works councils as part of workforce change activity
- Working closely with in country HRBPs, ER teams and specialist HR functions to deliver programmes
- Managing governance, risk and stakeholder engagement throughout
What we are looking for
- Strong and demonstrable track record of leading workforce change and restructuring programmes, this needs to be clear throughout your CV
- Experience managing union and works council consultations in heavily unionised environments
- Experience delivering change programmes outside of the UK
- Solid understanding of current employment legislation including TUPE
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a large, complex and highly matrixed organisation
- Confident with data and intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups and data management
