What You’ll Do
- Shape and deliver data strategies for real estate organisations, including governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead AI & GenAI projects for investment modelling, market analysis, property valuation, and operational optimisation
- Turn data into insights through advanced analytics, interactive visualisations, and AI-enhanced reporting to inform senior decision-making
- Develop AI-driven solutions, from predictive maintenance to virtual property tours and automated content creation
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities for AI-enabled products, services, and market expansion
- Build and mentor teams, guiding project delivery and contributing to practice growth and thought leadership
